Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If adequate notice is not received, you will be charged a fee.

Non-appearance for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. (Extenuating circumstances will be considered)

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

Gratuities

Our staff is always grateful for the acknowledgment of superior service that is symbolized by a gratuity
(15 - 20% is customary).

Extended Travel Policy

A Fuel Fee will be charged for out call services.
